* A home visit lasts for 20 minutes during which time your pets will be fed and fussed. Your pet sitter will also be happy to tend to any other household requirements such as picking up the post and watering plants etc. The standard house call fee covers up to two pets.

Booking & Cancellation. Weekday walking services can be booked or cancelled up to 9:00am on the day the service is required.  

Payment. All walking services are invoiced monthly in arrears via email. Payment is due on invoice. We accept payment via internet transfer or cheque. We are unable to accept cash.

Boarding Is Charged Per Day. For example, a boarding that starts on the 6th of the month and ends on the 12th is a 7 day booking. Clients can drop off and collect their dogs by arrangement between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm or we offer a collection and return service.  
Minimum Stay. There is a minimum stay of 2 days applicable to all bookings. However, if your booking is over the festive period (ie it includes either christmas day, boxing day or both) the minumum stay becomes 5 days.  
Optional Collection and Return Service. You can drop off and collect your dog in person at the times agreed with your boarder, however if you are unable or prefer not to our collection and return service is also available. It is charged at £5.00 per journey within a five mile radius of the sitter. Mileage is charged at 40p per mile. Additional charges apply to journeys greater than 5 miles from the sitter. £5.00

Payment. Payment for all boarding bookings is due one calendar month prior to the start date of the booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full. We regret we cannot provide refunds or accept cash payments. Payment options are via internet bank transfer or cheque.
