* A home visit lasts for 20 minutes during which time your pets will be fed and fussed. Your pet sitter will also be happy to tend to any other household requirements such as picking up the post and watering plants etc. The standard house call fee covers up to two pets.

Booking & Cancellation. Weekday walking services can be booked or cancelled up to 9:00am on the day the service is required.  

Payment. All walking services are invoiced monthly in arrears via email. Payment is due on invoice. We accept payment via internet transfer or cheque.

Boarding Is Charged Per Day. For example, a boarding that starts on the 6th of the month and ends on the 12th is a 7 day booking. Clients can drop off and collect their dogs by arrangement between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm or we offer a collection and return service.  
Minimum Stay. All boarding bookings have a minimum duration of 2 days.  
Collection and Return Service. Collection and return is charged at £5.00 per journey within a five mile radius of the sitter. Mileage is charged at 40p per mile. Additional charges apply to journeys greater than 5 miles from the sitter. £5.00
+40p per mile.
Festive Season Minimum Charges Apply. There is a minimum charge of £180.00 (ex VAT) for any home boarding booking that includes either Christmas Day and / or Boxing Day.  
Payment. Payment for all boarding bookings is due one calendar month prior to the start date of the booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received in full. We regret we cannot provide refunds.

Most clients who use our cat / dog / small pet sitting service will permanently lodge their key with Dog Days. However, if you prefer to have your key collected and or returned by us after each assignment, there is a £5.00 fee for each journey made to collect or return a key.		 £5.00
