Dear Sir / Madam,

I would recommend the services provided by "Dogs Days" without hesitation. We have been using them for 6 months now and the service provided has always been professional, reliable, and flexible to our changing needs. Our dog, Nikita,  was initially very nervous when she came to live with us and cautious about strangers and some dogs. Since "Dog Days" have been walking her, she has grown dramatically in confidence and is no longer nervous of strangers, and benefits hugely from socialising with the walker and other dogs.

Jackie takes great pride in running her business in a professional manner and this is evident through her dealings with customers and her rigourous approach in hiring walkers/dog carers. Jackie communicates regularly with us as owners, to check that we are happy with the service, and informs us if ever she has any concerns or feedback on our dog. Claire Treacy now walks Nikita and she too works in a very professional and reliable way. Both Jackie and Claire clearly have a passion for animals and this is clear when we talk to them and see Nikita with them - she loves them to bits!

At times, due to unforeseen commitments, we have had to change our normal arrangements and arrange home visits, and day boarding etc - when we have done this, Jackie and Claire have always been flexible and worked hard to ensure that we can find a way to make sure that Nikita always gets her walk.

Nikita is clearly very happy and we are too!

Re: Dog Walking for Cameron

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have been delighted with the service I have received from Dog Days. The initial contact was impressively professional, with lots of information collected about my dog, Cameron: likes, dislikes, characteristics, etc.

I was concerned at first, because my second golden retriever had just died and Cameron, (from the same litter) was missing him terribly. Margaret walks Cameron on an ad hoc basis but has quickly built up a great rapport with him. I witnessed them greeting each other the other day and it was as if each were part of the other's family. Cameron is getting over the loss of his brother and is a much happier dog. Margaret has a lovely calm nature which Cameron thrives on. With Margaret he has also met a couple of other dogs which is great.

I would recommend Dog Days to everyone. They have been incredibly helpful even with short notice. I also love the fact that they have embraced modern technology enabling me to email or text them and pay over the internet. It certainly has eased my otherwise manic life.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I started using Dog Days when I was unable to walk the dogs due to a ruptured cruciate ligament. They clearly loved their walks with Claire - they got very excited when she arrived and used to jump in the boot of her car of their own accord!

I have now returned to work but we have continued with the walking on the days when I am particularly busy. It is a big relief to know that they are happy, safe and tired when I get home.

Dear Dog Days,

You provide such an excellent service.

I have left the house late a few times & been there when Josef (our pet sitter) comes to pick up Vincent.  It is really heart warming to see them interact.  I was initially worried about leaving Vincent, as he cannot communicate to me, but after seeing how happy he always is, it is clear that Vincent really loves Josef & vice versa. 

Vincent really enjoys his days with Josef, Ann (his wife) & Struddle (his Labradoodle).  After a full day playing with struddle,  he comes home exhausted which is great as the whole family gets a good nights sleep. yippee!  (No barking in the middle of the night)

We recently went on holiday and left Vincent in the care of Josef for 4 whole days.  I can honestly say that if it were not for Dog Days & Josef  we would not have been able to enjoy our holiday & would have constantly worried. 

Vincent is our first dog, so Josef even gives up tips on care & training....What more could you want for?  Vincent means the world to me, so words cannot describe the relief to have found such a wonderful person to take care of our precious little boy.

Re: Dog Walking for Bouncer

Dear Sir / Madam,

When I adopted my retired greyhound Bouncer, I was advised to get a dog walker or friend to take/let bouncer out during the day as I worked. I found Dog Days Online and contacted Jackie. That was nearly 9 months ago. During that time, Jackie and team have walked Bouncer 4 days a week. Bouncer loves his walks, and he gets quite excited when he knows he is going.

Dog Days is very flexible. There have been times when I have had to cancel walks the night before, or even request a walk when he is not booked for one. Jackie takes all these unexpected events in her stride, and has always done her best for me and bouncer.

As of 5 weeks ago, I fostered 2 more retired greyhounds, and requested a home visit to let them out in the garden, instead of the normal walk. No problem, is the normal response. Celia, who sees to my bunch is an angel. Because on more than one occasion, she has been met with an unexpected present on the carpet, which she very kindly always tidies up for me. Thank you Celia. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dog Days, you couldn't leave your dog in more capable hands. I don't know what I would do without them.

Re: Dog Walking & Boarding for Skip

Dear Sir / Madam,

Jackie has been walking my Border Collie daily for the last nine months. The setup arrangements with Jackie were first class. She was very thorough and business like in taking the details of his requirements and ensuring that all health & safety points were covered.

The daily walks always take place on time and Jackie is meticulous in ensuring that different, enjoyable and tiring walks take place.

My dog has also frequently stayed overnight in Jackie’s care and this has been an exceptional arrangement as he participates in family life rather than being lodged in a kennel.

Jackie is totally reliable and the welfare of the dogs is her key consideration. She is extremely kind, caring and very easy to get on with.

It is evident from Skips reaction when he sees Jackie, just what a wonderful time he enjoys when out with her and other dogs.

I would recommend Jackie very highly and without reservation.

Having used Dog Days for the last 16 months I thought that I would take the chance to extend my thanks to Jackie for her great organisational skills in setting up such a client orientated business and to Celia - Olivers long suffering 'walker' for her dedication and perserverance with our two year old Springer Spaniel who suffers from selective hearing when its time to go home !

Without you my life would be so much more stressful and Olivers less rewarding !

Oliver has also enjoyed a number of wonderful breaks with Tracey and Mandy and always comes back full of beans and in great condition....he cant wait for the Summer to spend some more quality time with dog orientated people ! So much better than kennels !
